Booking Conditions and General Information

The following terms & conditions apply to all tours undertaken by Australia by Air (ABA). The payment of any deposit or full tour price indicates an acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions. The tour outlined is operated by Australia by Air (ABA) in conjunction with other suppliers as nominated by ABA.

ABA will use its best endeavours to deliver the product or service as advertised. However, we reserve the right to alter the method of transport, route travelled or services provided for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to weather, aircraft or unserviceable equipment, operational conditions or requirements. ABA will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations arising from this clause.

ABA can give no guarantee of exact times of arrival or departure of any service and will not be liable for failure to make connections to other services.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury of whatever nature occasioned to any person or property as a result of any tour or inclusion undertaken during the tour howsoever the same may be caused whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.

ABA reserves the right to vary the price of any tour as a result of any significant increase in costs or related supplier tariffs. Please check at time of booking.

All baggage and personal belongings are carried entirely at the passenger's own risk.

Payment - Bookings within 7 days of departure require full payment. Otherwise a 10% non-refundable deposit is required with the balance due 7 days from departure.

Cancellations - Any booking cancelled prior to 48 hours of departure will incur a 50% charge. This fee may be waived if the tour is rescheduled. If cancellation is within 48 hours of departure or in the event of a "no show'' a 100% charge will apply. In the event that ABA is unable to commence the intended tour due to weather conditions the tour can be rescheduled or a full refund will be provided to the customer.
