Join us on a fantastic 1 day experience in the NSW outback where we'll fly over some of the most scenic country NSW has to offer. The view for our passengers is breathtaking as we begin the day by crossing the stunning Blue Mountains and head west into the heart of rural Australia and our first stop for the day, fabulous Haddon Rig, a 60,000 acre working property.

We land on the private airstrip and spend the morning experiencing life in the Australian outback through the eyes of the fourth generation owners. Haddon Rig has been recognised as one of Australia's premier Merino sheep studs for over a century. We will use 4WD vehicles to help you fully explore this historic outback property and its wildlife wonders. There will be then time to relax by the beautiful homestead garden and creek while you enjoy a delicious gourmet lunch.

After lunch we re-board our aircraft for the short scenic flight to the town of Mudgee, situated in a picturesque and fertile valley on the western side of the Blue Mountains. The Mudgee district is well known for its impressive range of high quality produce including many of Australia's finest wines. Here we will visit 2-3 boutique wineries to enjoy some of the delightful wines the district offers whilst soaking up Australia's unique country hospitality.
